Tatsuro Taira (Striker/Grappler) vs Carlos Candelario (Striker/Grappler)
Should be an interesting fight to start the night. Taira likes to keep this one at kicking range and try to get into clinch when it gets too close. I like him to get an early win here.
Gina Mazany (Striker/Wrestler) vs Shanna Young (Grappler)
I would give this one to Mazany, but she gasses so quickly… I don’t know how this one goes, but I don’t think it gets to the judges.
Mike Breeden (Striker) vs Natan Levy (Well Rounded)
A pretty lame fight here. Reminds me of another fight that will happen later in the night. Breeden is a striker only and Levy is going to wrestle him and sit on top of him the whole fight.
Yohan Lainesse (Striker) vs Gabriel Green (Striker/Grappler)
Two wild strikers here that will just throw. Green is more technical one here and Lainesse wants to hit the home run shot. I like Green here.
Daniel Lacerda (Striker/Grappler) vs Francisco Figueredo (Striker)
Both of these guys have cardio problems. With that being said, this shouldn’t make it to the judges. Lacerda is going to try to get this done in the first, while Francisco can last a bit longer. This one should end early.
Alexander Romanov (Striker/Wrestler) vs Chase Sherman (Striker)
Don’t need to write much here. Sherman has little to no chance here.
Gerald Meerschaert (Striker/Grappler) vs Krzysztof Jotko (Striker/Grappler)
I think Meerschaert may be the better striker here, but Jotko is just too hard to out grapple and out wrestle. And I think Gerald is going to go to that.
Darren Elkins (Striker) vs Tristan Connelly(Striker/Grappler)
These are the sort of fights that Elkins wins. Connelly isn’t very good… I think Elkins wins this one and then starts to decline.
Jared Gordon (Striker/Grappler) vs Grant Dawson (Wrestler)
Should be a pretty boring fight. Dawson is going to try to take him down and keep him there the whole time and win by decision. Gordon will try to keep this up. Enjoy it!
Andre Fili (Striker/Wrestler) vs Joanderson Brito (Striker/Grappler)
Should be an interesting one. Brito loves to push the pace and put pressure on Fili. Fili is going to stop this though. Brito won’t be able to put him on his back like Mitchell did. Give me touchy Fili
Andrei Arlovski (Striker)vs Jake Collier (Striker)
Give me the old man. He’ll keep winning vs. these low level guys.
Rob Font (Striker/Grappler) vs Marlon Vera (Striker/Grappler)
What a damn fight this is! I am one of few, but I really like Chito here. He benefits from the 5 round fight. The problem is how much damage will take from Font to start the fight. Font is a very fast starter and Vera is quite slow. He gets through the first round without much damage, he may take this one by decision. Give me the dog!
