MMA is a sport based on opportunity and split second decision making. The breakdowns that we try to focus on here will be looking at stylistic differences between fighters and how they will impact the card. Although the breakdowns won't usually be long, they'll have info on fighter strengths and weaknesses and how we expect them to be exploited. Towards the end of the article there will be the five best bets on the slate for you to tail!

Fun London card we have on this Saturday afternoon! Enjoy the fights and enjoy the finishes!
Nicolas Dalby (Striker) vs Claudio Henrique da Silva (Grappler)
I don’t think this one will be very close. Silva looks like he is on his way out and heading to retirement. Dalby has a bit more left in the tank. I think Dalby dominates in ugly fashion.
Mandy Böhm (Striker) vs Victoria Leonardo (Grappler)
This fight is low low low level MMA. I don’t even want to take a guess on who wins… so we go to the model to see who it likes more. That didn’t help as both are right next to each other. Good luck on this one…
Jai Herbert (Striker) vs Kyle Nelson (Striker/Wrestler)
We go from that fight to a very violent next fight. This one guarantees violence with both guys being solid strikers and not having great chins. That means one will fall. The model has Herbert as #1 on it, so I am going to go with Herbert by KO.
Herbert -285
Muhammad Mokaev (Grappler) vs Charles Johnson (Striker)
Was a very intense weigh in staredown for this one. The problem is that’s probably the only intense thing about this fight. Mokaev should be able to dominate this fight and may even look for a finish.
Makwan Amirkhani (Striker/Wrestler) vs Jonathan Pearce (Striker/Wrestler)
Both of these men are pretty average with striking, so this will come down to who the better wrestler and grappler is. I haven’t seen Pearce deal with someone like Makwan yet. I like Makwan to get an upset here.
Amirkhani +155
Nathaniel Wood (Striker) vs Charles Rosa (Striker/Grappler)
Rosa is going to look for an arm bar and look for it the whole fight. Wood is going to try to drag this one out and win a decision. It’ll be interesting if Rosa can hit a hail mary or if Wood is going to control the fight on the feet.
Damir Hadzovic (Striker) vs Marc Diakiese (Striker)
This is a dream match up for Marc. He wins this wherever this fight goes. I think he stays standing in this one and tries to get a KO.
Mason Jones (Striker) vs Ľudovít Klein (Striker)
This should be a fun striking match. We should see a finish here. I give the edge to Mason with him being the better striker overall.
Paul Craig (Striker/Grappler) vs Volkan Oezdemir (Striker)
This looks like it should be a very fun fight. I think this may be out of Paul’s level of fighting. Volkan is a pretty big step up for him. I think Volkan mauls him and gets the dub.
Oezdemir -150
Molly McCann (Striker) vs Hannah Goldy (Striker)
McCann is a huge favorite and there is a reason why. Molly should be able to dominate her in every way here.
Nikita Krylov (Striker) vs Alexander Gustafsson (Striker)
I’d pick Alexander to win this with no doubt 5 years ago. It is obviously a different time now..
Paddy Pimblett (Striker) vs Jordan Leavitt (Grappler)
Leavitt needs to grapple here so badly. His striking is so bad and it’s going to leave major holes for Paddy to pick apart. I hate picking Paddy to win…
Jack Hermansson vs Chris Curtis
What a step up for my man Chris! As you know, I am quite biased with Chris being from Cincinnati. Jack is no joke and it will need Chris to be at his best to win this. I am going with Chris for obvious reasons and for Skyline to be sold nationwide.
Curtis -110
Curtis Blaydes (Striker/Wrestler) vs Tom Aspinall (Striker)
This one is so damn interesting. I have been upset with Curtis because he wants to strike so much and just gets dominated by good strikers. Tom will put him out if he tries to strike with him. If Tom can stay striking, he will win this fight. I think if Curtis gets him down early, it’s going to be a very long night for Tom.
